Shipping Information

We know you want your goods as soon as possible! Once your order has been received, it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive email notifications to keep you up to date with the progress of your order.

Delivery information & timeframes

Once dispatched, the delivery is handled by our fulfilment partner, StarShipIT. We can deliver to your home address, work or PO box anywhere in Australia! If you have specific instructions for delivery, please include these when placing your order.

By ordering with traxrv.com.au you grant Trax RV and our couriers the Authority To Leave (ATL) orders at the address provided, whether attended or not. You also release Trax RV from all liability if an incorrect address is supplied or a parcel is stolen from your property after delivery.

Domestic shipping takes 2–7 business days, plus an additional 1–2 days for rural and remote areas. These time frames cover the processing of your order and delivery by the StarShipIT courier.

The cost for shipping Australia wide is calculated upon checkout, depending on items purchased and your location.

Where will my items be shipped from?

Items will be shipped from our warehouse on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

What if my order is missing, incomplete or damaged?

If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being despatched from a different location. However, if your order is obviously incomplete, over-delivered or damaged, please email customer service at info@traxrv.com.au

A customer service representative will respond between 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or on the weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday, or first available business day. Orders made within two days of a public holiday may take additional days to be delivered.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you don’t love what you’ve bought from us, we’ve made our returns & exchange process super easy to follow and you have 30 days to get it sorted!

Online Returns (Via post)

Returning products to our online store is easy:

  1. Print the Tax Invoice that we emailed to you in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Fill out the Return Request Form that you received with your parcel or alternatively download the TRAX RV returns form (PDF).
  3. Pack your product/s in their original condition, clean and with tags attached, together with these documents into a protected parcel (to avoid damage during transit).
  4. Post the parcel to our Trax RV store:

Returns (In-store)

  1. Bring along your proof of purchase that you received when purchasing from us.
  2. Print the tax invoice that we emailed to you in your shipping confirmation email.
  3. Head into the Trax RV store with your product/s in their original condition, clean and with tags attached.
  4. Ask a Team Member to assist you with your exchange.
  5. Online Afterpay purchases can only be exchanged for equal or greater value. In order to get a refund for online Afterpay purchase you must return the product to the online store. Print the Tax Invoice that we emailed to you in your shipping confirmation email.

Refunds

Once we receive your product/s back into Trax RV Store, we will assess the product/s to ensure that they meet our returns criteria. Once the assessment is completed and the returns criteria satisfied, we will issue a refund on the payment card or PayPal account used to purchase the product/s. Sale products cannot be returned unless faulty in which case a refund can be processed.

Exchanges online and In-store

In order to exchange product/s bought online through our online store, you will need to follow a re-order and return process:

  1. Place an order for your new product/s straight away to avoid missing out!
  2. Send the product/s that you are exchanging back to us by following the online returns process.

Please note that you will need to cover the shipping costs for your exchange parcel. Trax RV is not liable for any items you return to us that are lost or damaged in transit. We will gladly exchange your product/s bought in-store or online at Trax RV. Alternatively, you can choose to have the value of your exchange (your original purchase price) credited onto a Trax RV Gift Card (which is valid for 365 days).

Damaged, faulty or incorrect products

No one likes discovering that the product they bought is either damaged or faulty! In the unlikely event that this happens, we want to resolve the matter as quickly as possible and with minimal inconvenience to you.

  1. Head to Trax RV store to obtain a refund or exchange for faulty products/s returned within 14 days. Or
  2. Follow the online returns process. A Customer Service Team Member will contact you as soon as we receive your parcel.

If you have received an incorrect item or a damaged item, please contact our customer service straight away. Email us at info@traxrv.com.au

Trax RV will refund the purchase price of the faulty, damaged or an incorrect product is sent and cover your return shipping costs.

Please return products via standard post, unless otherwise arranged with our Customer Service Team. In instances where you have requested an exchange instead of a refund, we will ship the product to you at no additional cost.

Please note, if you decide to return your item, the original shipping costs for your order won’t be eligible for a refund.

Trax RV Refund Policy in no way limits your rights as a Consumer as outlined by the ACL.
